The key to perfect steak is garlic butter sauce. You only need a skillet and olive oil to create this elegant, but simple recipe. Add the steak to the skillet and cook on both sides. To distribute the juices, let the steak rest for a minute after you have done the first side. Once the steak has rested, top it with a generous amount of garlic butter sauce.

Prepare the butter first. Heat the butter in a saucepan on low heat. Next, add the minced garlic. Once the butter has melted and is well combined, add the chopped herbs as well as the lemon juice. How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. How do you make them perfect? There are many recipes and methods I tried, but none worked. I have some tips and tricks to help you make delicious, fluffy omelets every single morning.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. You must get them fresh, organically, and keep them cold until you cook. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

You might also try separating the egg before adding to the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

If you add the egg directly onto the stovetop, you might end up burning the bottom part of the egg, which would ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The microwave heat cooks the eggs just right without overcooking them.

Next, let's talk about mixing the eggs. You want to mix the eggs thoroughly before you add them. To do this, grab the bowl of the mixer and turn it upside down. Now shake the bowl vigorously. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

The fun part is now - adding the milk to the mixture. First, pour half of the milk into the beaten eggs and then fold the eggs gently into the remaining milk. Don't worry if there are still streaks of egg visible; these streaks will disappear once you flip the omelet.

After folding the eggs, place the pan on medium heat and wait for the oil to start sizzling. Add 1/4 cup butter to the oil and swirl it around to coat all sides of the pan. Next, carefully open the lid and sprinkle salt into your pan. An additional pinch of salt will prevent the omelet form sticking to your pan.

Cover the pan once the omelet is formed and allow it to cool completely. Use a spatula to flip the omelet or turn the pan upside-down. Cook the other half for another minute. Take the omelet out of the pan and immediately serve.

This recipe is best when used with whole milk. But, you can use skimmed milk as well.
